Welcome, I’m Mana and I've spent over 20 years exploring what it truly means to live in balance, energy and purpose and that to have a balanced life on the outside we must start with having balance on the inside. All power comes from within.
My journey has taken me from the corporate world to the studios of Los Angeles, from ancient yogic texts to the precise mathematics of vedic astrology. What I found along the way and what I now share with clients across the UK, US, Canada and beyond is this: when you work with your energy rather than against it, everything changes. I'm an accredited Kundalini yoga teacher, a vedic astrologer trained under a world-renowned teacher, an Angelic Reiki Master and a advocate in vastu home energy and crystal healing. More than any qualification, what I bring to this work is lived experience, the understanding that comes from walking this path myself, every single day
During this self discovery, I began to seek a deeper understanding of how our energetic bodies work and through becoming an angelic reiki master and crystal healer, this brought to life the meaning and importance of living in high vibrational energy, balancing the elements & our chakras and being aware of how energy flow works with the energetic body. I am passionate about the immense benefits of including energy therapy techniques into our lives, including the effects of meditation and mantra.
I have spent much of my time in LA where this experience has amplified my wellness journey, attaining a full accreditation as a yoga teacher. The interest in all things energy continued as I studied the ancient science of vedic astrology which provided many revelations in my own life and now I help others decode their personal birth chart.
The profound positive impact of integrating these experiences into my own life invoked a passion to share the knowledge and learnings with others. I bring a modern yet respectful style to the ancient wisdom of kundalini yoga and vedic astrology, making these practices more accessible so a more fulfilling life experience can be enjoyed.
