Having been on a wellbeing journey for over 20 years, I have come to believe that a balanced life on the outside must start with having balance on the inside. During this time of self discovery, I began to seek a deeper understanding of how our energetic bodies work and this interest led to me training as a Reiki practitioner in 2012. It brought to life the meaning and importance of high vibrational energy, chakras, how it all works plus the benefits of including energy therapy techniques into our lives. Continuing with this theme, I deepened my experience by exploring the effects of meditation, mantra and crystals. I spend much of my time between the UK and LA and the LA experience has amplified my wellness journey whereby more recently, I attained full accreditation as a Kundalini Yoga teacher. In my experience, I truly believe this practice is one of the fastest ways to accelerate the process of transformation, clearing negative energy, blocks and attracting prosperity. The profound positive impact of integrating these experiences into my life has invoked a passion to share the knowledge and learnings with others, making these practices more accessible.
